  1. Design & Prototype
    Lumasa understands that the need for product and interior design previews is very crucial as a basis for determining which products to be showcased to the potential customers.
    1. Product Design
      Our product design services are intended to provide a complete picture of how furniture is made. The designing process started with determining the design theme, selecting the materials, adjusting the right construction, adding matching accessories, and finally choose the safe packing materials. 
    2. Interior Design
      For projects that require product and interior design, our team design will provide a preview of the products and their room arrangement along with each decoration that is in line with the design theme being carried.
    3. Image and 3D video
      The next step is to transform the design idea into image and 3D video renderings. With these preview, we aim that clients will have a clear picture of the final look on the product and interior that will be launce into the market or executed in a residential and commercial project.
    4. Prototype
      Should the client wishes to make some prototype, the procces will be executed at the client's expense. The production time ranges from one upto four weeks depending on the type of product and the level of difficulty of the process.
  2. Sourcing and Buying Agent
    Our role is to match your demand with the right suppliers. The tasks include elaborating your wishes to the suppliers and assisting you to place orders. We are the real deal as we have privilege access to the core of supply that benefit you of getting the bottom price.
    1. Supplier Visit
      As your buying agent, we assist you to source and to sort the suppliers matching with your business. To get a complete picture of the supplier profile, we arrange a visit to the supplier. This trip will give you opportunities to see several factories and witness a wide range of products and latest designs. This program aims to obtain useful information and to enrich options as a guidance to pick the right product and supplier. 
    2. Placing Order
      After completing the supplier visit program, we conduct a necessary assessment and propose several recommendations to execute the buying process. Together, we go through the entire product lists, discuss pricings, determine buying procedures, choosing a payment method and visualize suitable order management. If you still have a lot to consider, this step can be taken upon your home returning. We have several options to have further discussion either via e-mail, phone or video conference.
    3. Fee & Commission
      In return of our services, we charge a percentage fee based on the total invoice from your purchase. The fee is inclusive of all our services. Please bear in mind that we don't receive any fees or commission from any factories or suppliers.
       
  3. Quality Control
    It is necessary that you get qualified products in time while the production is on schedule. Doing the work as your quality controller, we responsible to supervise the production process to monitoring the loading process. Our job is to make sure that the product is well manufactured, well packed and well stacked in the container prior shipped.
    1. Professional QC Team
      Quality control is crucial to generate a qualified product. Understanding the importance of it, we present a QC team who mastering the product knowledge. Our QC team does multiple check throughout the production process including early QC check and multiple stage final QC check. We inspect every single item and MC testing each piece ensuring you receive a qualified product.
    2. QC Report
      We provide QC report per inspection visit including detailed note and imagery. We also put together Correction Action Report following inspection as needed. This report is shared with the factory in order to ensure that the same problem and issue are not repeated with future order.
    3. Responsibility
      We take your order seriously. It is our responsibility to supervise and to control the production process in earnest. We work with the supplier to fix the problem we encounter to ensure that the quality is met and production time is on schedule. 
       
  4. Packaging Service
    A strong and proper packaging ensuring the goods to arrive at the destination intact after a long way of transportation from the supplier's warehouse to your place. We’re here giving you a hand to secure your order and to make sure you receive the products intact.

    In our experiences, there are many of handicrafts suppliers who have an ability to manufacture a good product but lack of knowledge and ability to do a proper packaging. Aside from that, in the case of consolidated shipments, the products often require additional packaging to anticipate the possibility of careless handling during movement from one warehouse to another. Knowing this situation, we initiate the packaging service to level up the supplier’s product performances and to secure your goods.

    We offer several packaging materials and methods suit to the products and needs. The packaging work will be done in the supplier’s warehouse under the supervision of our QC manager. It doesn't stop at packaging only; we also assist you to organize the goods at the supplier's warehouses in the same time and ensure the goods are well stored until the loading process is carried out.
     
  5. Shipping Service
    Our strategic partnership with Platinium Line Logistics and selected customs brokers makes the job of local handling and shipping as simple as possible for you. We can work with you to handle all of your shipping needs if required. Below is some general information regarding shipping from Indonesia.
    1. Full Container Load (FCL)
      FCL shipments are available at 20ft containers (30 cubic meters), 40ft containers (60 cubic meters), and 40ft high cube containers (68 cubic meters). Full Container Load shipments are subject to considerably require less handling fees as they are one time loaded in Indonesia and unloaded at final destination.
    2. Less than Container Load (LCL)
      LCL shipments are shipped to Singapore where similar shipments are consolidated and then shipped to port of destination.
    3. Shipping Times 
      It depends on the port of destination and the respective countries customs clearance procedures. Here is some general information for guidance: 
      ֎ African Country :   20 – 25 sailing days
      ֎ American Country :   26 – 46 sailing days
      ֎ Asian Country :   02 – 10 sailing days
      ֎ Australia :   15 – 23 sailing days
      ֎ European Country :   28 – 31 sailing days
      ֎ Gulf Country :   12 – 19 sailing days
