Who are you?

We are PT. Lumintu Makmur Sejahtera a.k.a Lumasa, an Indonesian registered company based in Java and Bali. 

 

Where are you located in Indonesia?

  1. Our Java office located in Griya Lestari Jl. Elang Mas IV No.10 Gonilan, Kartasura, Sukoharjo 57169, Central Java, Indonesia. 
  2. Our Bali office located in Pondok Thainas Jl. Sanitasi II No.18 Sidakarya, Denpasar Selatan, Bali 80224 Indonesia.

 

What do you sell?

We provide solutions for the sourcing of furniture, decorative items and handicrafts made in Indonesia for customers around the world.

 

What services do you offer?

As your agent, we provide you with the services that your business need. We specialize in sourcing and buying, order management, quality control, packaging and shipping services.

 

How long have you been in this field?

We have been working with furniture suppliers, decorative items suppliers and handicraft suppliers since 1999.

 

Who and where do most of your clients come from?

Whether you are a wholesaler, retailer, hotel, restaurant, spa and villa development, or a private individual, we would love to be your business partner. We are willing to cooperate with all of you from all over the world.

 

Where and who are your suppliers?

Our supplier’s workshops and factories are located in Java, Bali and Lombok. Our vendor list contains a wide range of factories and suppliers providing many different types of products. Whatever your target product and pricing, we know the factories and suppliers suited to your needs.

Can I directly visit your supplier?

Yes, you can. We will accompany and take you to the suppliers that match to your business needs. We organize the trips and the business meetings for you. You get to explore and discover the wide variety of products available throughout Java and Bali.

 

In what currency do your suppliers’ invoice?

Invoicing is done in either Indonesian rupiahs or US dollars depending on your preference.

 

What is your supplier's payment terms?

The terms of payment requested by our supplier is 50% advance payment and 50% balance to be paid prior loading. The production process will commence upon the deposit is received and in case of cancelation the deposit will not be refunded.

 

What guarantees do you offer in regard to that first down payment?

We aim to build a mutual long-lasting partnership. We understand that business relationship should be build base on trust that earned by honesty and transparency. We'll share the official payment receipt from the suppliers to you, as well as regularly share your financial reports updates.

 

Should I come over to place an order?

We understand that your time is valuable. That’s why you need our services to shrink off time and spaces. You can easily send your order by e-mail then we can discuss the detail order by video conference call if needed. 

 

What is your minimum order quantity?

We bring the same level of professionalism and quality to small and large orders alike, but we require minimum order quantity which is 5,000 USD.

 

How long is the production time?

It depends on several factors including the materials used, the order quantities and the level of work complexity, but generally 8 - 10 weeks.

 

What is your quality control measures?

Our QC team understand on how the product should be manufactured. We maintain good relationships with the suppliers and our QC is present throughout every stage of the production process to ensure the product's quality and consistency. We do quality checks and MC tests as needed throughout the process and provide reporting to you following inspections.

 

 

Can you do customized product?

It takes time, knowledge and patience to develop a new design or a custom design. For now, we are focusing on what we have built and developed so far. However, if you really want us to customize a design just for you, we require a certain amount of quantities to place into production. Please bear in mind that all cost occur for the development will be borne by you.

 

How long is delivery time?

It depends on the port of destination and the respective countries customs clearance procedures. Here is the general information for guidance: 

֎ African Country :   20 – 25 sailing days
֎ American Country :   26 – 46 sailing days
֎ Asian Country :   02 – 10 sailing days
֎ Australia :   15 – 23 sailing days
֎ European Country :   28 – 31 sailing days
֎ Gulf Country :   12 – 19 sailing days

 

What are my shipping options?

Our strategic partnership with Platinium Logistics and selected customs brokers makes the job of local handling and shipping as simple as possible for you. We’ll suggest several options to choose from and leave the decision to be made by you.

 

Is shipping cost included in my invoice?

Shipping costs will not be included in your invoice. If you wish us to handle the shipping and logistics needs, we will be happy to assist.

 

What about insurance related to my order?

In general, insurance fee charged for a shipping is 2% or 2.5% of the total invoice. Please note that most of shipping insurance expire within a few days of arrival at the port of destination. Due to that reason, we strongly recommend you to add inland insurance at the destination country. 

 

Are there any additional fee after my container arrive at the port of destination?

Most countries assess some value added tax or customs charge to imported items. In addition, some harbors assess charges and/or fees upon arrival of containers. Please note that such charges are not included in our shipping costs.

 

Will I have to pay customs/import tax/VAT once my order arrives in my place?

It depends on the country and the items included in your order. For your information, VAT is usually calculated by combining total order costs, plus insurance and shipping cost multiplied by the VAT rate.

Are there any additional costs that you put in an order?

There are no additional fees other than our commission fee which is calculated based on the total value of your order.
